Services include, but are not limited to QAPI services; chart audits, preparation of quarterly QAPI meetings and presentation of quarterly data, PIPs and preparation of QAPI meeting minutes, OASIS education, ADR’s, Plans of correction/ Action Plans, preparation for re-accreditation including an on- site option - where I come to your office to help you prepare for accreditation survey & whatever I can do within my scope to help you succeed in this competitive home health environment.
